Welcome to this website (the "Site"), operated by Shervin Bahmanipour and Sina Stadler ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, including the guest login and RSVP system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Site

This Site is a private, invitation-only wedding RSVP portal. It is intended solely for invited guests to log in, view their invitation details, and submit or update their RSVP information. It is not a public commercial service.

2. Account Access

Login credentials (username and password) are provided to you by us for the sole purpose of accessing your invitation and RSVP form. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity that occurs using your credentials. Please contact us at info@bahmanipour.com if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose — viewing and submitting your own RSVP information. You agree not to attempt to access another guest's account, interfere with the Site's normal operation, or submit false or misleading information.

4. Event Conduct and Venue Rules

By accepting this invitation and attending the event, you agree to the following for the duration of the wedding event (on or around February 27, 2027), as well as for the full duration of any Airbnb or other short-term rental stay, and any car rental period, associated with the event that you participate in:

Comply with all house rules of the event venue(s), including any Airbnb or short-term rental properties used for the event, as provided to you in advance or on-site
Comply with all rental agreement terms and rules applicable to any car rental used during the event period, including following the instructions of any designated driver or transportation provider
Follow reasonable instructions given by us, event staff, property hosts, or drivers/transportation providers regarding safety, logistics, and conduct
Comply with all applicable federal law and California state law while on the premises, in transit, or attending any event-related activities

These obligations apply for as long as you are staying at, using, or benefiting from any venue, rental property, or rental vehicle arranged in connection with this event, regardless of the specific dates involved, which may vary by guest.

We reserve the right to ask any guest who violates venue rules, rental agreement terms, safety instructions, or applicable law to leave the event, property, or vehicle. We are not responsible for any guest's individual conduct, and each guest is personally responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws, rental agreements, and venue/property policies.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (including dietary restrictions, contact details, and travel information). We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive wedding-related communications from us via email and SMS/text message, including RSVP confirmations, event updates, and logistical reminders. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at info@bahmanipour.com.

This Site is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to keep it secure and functioning, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
